Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and your purchase and use of digital products sold by Vantyra ("we", "us"), including the Engineering Project Control System — Standard Edition (the "Product"). Vantyra is operated by Moamen Mohamed, an independent engineer based in Egypt. By using this website or buying the Product you agree to these terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a downloadable Microsoft Excel workbook (.xlsx) with accompanying PDF guides (Quick Start Guide, Administrator Guide, License & Support, and Version History). It is a project-management template for tracking projects, stages, deliverables, RFIs, risks, issues, actions and decisions. It contains standard Excel formulas only — no macros, add-ins or external connections. It requires Microsoft Excel 2016 or later on Windows desktop.

2. Purchases and payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT, and its own terms apply to the checkout and payment. The Product is sold as a single, one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Prices are shown at checkout.

3. Delivery

After payment you receive a download link to a single archive containing the workbook and the PDF guides. Please keep your copy and your order reference; we can send a new copy on request if you provide your order reference.

4. License

When you buy the Product you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own project work. Unless your order states a Team / Company license, the license is for individual use on your own devices.

• You may: use the Product indefinitely; customise it freely (add sheets, change formulas, lists and thresholds); and use it on your own projects and for your clients' projects.
• Team / Company license: where purchased, covers use by members of the licensed team or company on internal projects — one purchase per organisation, as stated in your order confirmation.
• You may not: resell, redistribute, share publicly or sublicense the Product or derivatives of it, in whole or in part, as a standalone product or template; remove or misrepresent authorship when sharing customised copies outside your own organisation; or present a modified version as an official Vantyra release.

All rights in the Product, its structure, formulas, design and documentation remain with Vantyra.

5. Refunds

If the Product does not function as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing vantyracore@gmail.com with your order reference. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. The refund policy applies to the version you purchased and does not cover copies whose original structure has been substantially altered.

6. Support and updates

Support is provided by email. We aim to respond to bug reports within 5 business days and will fix confirmed defects in the formulas or structure of the edition you purchased. Support does not include custom development, bespoke formulas, project-specific consulting, live training, or heavily modified copies.

7. No professional advice; limitation of liability

The Product is a tracking and reporting template. It is not engineering, legal, financial or contractual advice — see our Disclaimer. The Product is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantyra is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, project delays, data loss or decisions made using the Product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Website use

You may browse this website for personal and business information purposes. Do not copy, scrape or republish its content, images or videos without permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
