In short: the Engineering Project Control System is a project-management tracking template. It helps you organise and report information — it does not replace professional engineering judgement, contractual procedures or applicable standards.

2. No certification or compliance claims
The Product is not certified by, endorsed by or affiliated with PMI, ISO, NEC, FIDIC or any other standards body, and using it does not by itself make a project compliant with any standard or contract form.
3. Accuracy of results
Dashboards, progress percentages, overdue flags, risk scores and other outputs are calculated from the data you enter and the settings you choose (such as stage weights and risk thresholds). Results are only as accurate as that input. Review outputs before relying on them for decisions, reports or claims.
4. Sample data
The workbook includes fictional sample projects, names, companies and figures to show how each sheet works. Any resemblance to real projects, organisations or people is coincidental.
5. Customisation
You can modify the workbook. Changes to formulas, protected cells or structure are made at your own risk; we recommend keeping a backup copy before customising.
6. Website content
Screenshots, videos and descriptions on this website illustrate the Product and may differ slightly from the current version. Animations in the explainer video are stylised representations of the workbook's sheets.
